My Text to Speech(Lips) Support Page

Lips' Help This support page will provide help for "My Text to Speech(Lips)" program. I will provide installation help for now, but in the future I will add important updates, backup files, and system files.
Installation Help: Please follow this instructions step by step. MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU START INSTALLATION! *** During installation of "My Text to Speech(Lips)", you may get an error that says: "An error occurred while registering the file 'C:WINDOWSSystem32msado20.tlb." IF YOU GET THIS ERROR, PRESS "IGNORE" AND INSTALLATION WILL CONTINUE.*** Step 1. Run the Setup file and install the software. If the Setup installs successfully then skip steps two and three; otherwise, if the Setup tells you some files need to be updated, please follow step two. Step 2. If the Setup file tells you that some of your files need to be updated than accept the update. Afterwards, the Setup will ask you to restart the computer, say ok. When the computer restarts, run the setup again. If the Setup installs successfully than skip step three. Otherwise, if the Setup tells you that you need to update your files, press cancel and follow step three. Step 3. Open the picture file named "Lips Setup Help" found in the support folder with paint or any other picture editor. Afterwards, open the file named "Setup.LST"(you can open this file with Wordpad or Notepad) found in the same folder where the Setup file is. You will notice that the "Setup.LST"(that you opened with Wordpad or NOtepad) file is a similar file to the "Lips Setup Help" picture file. Carefully locate the identical highlighted part from the "Lips Setup Help" picture file on the "Setup.LST" file. Now, highlight the same and only the matching text on the "Setup.LST" and DELETE IT. Afterwards, save the changes and close the file. Now run the Setup file again. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT WAS INSTRUCTED ON THE "Setup.LST" FILE OR THE SETUP WILL NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD "My Text to Speech(Lips)" AGAIN. Try running Setup again. If the setup tells you that "VB6STKIT.DLL" is missing after you update the "Setup.LST" from the above instructions, then just go back and open the "Setup.LST" file again and type this: "File1=@VB6STKIT.DLL,$(WinSysPathSysFile),,,3/26/99 3:00:00 AM,101888,6.0.84.50"right under where it says: "[Bootstrap Files]." The Setup should work thereafter. Step 4. Make sure you downloaded the English Speech Engine("tv_enua") from my page and the Backup files("spchapi") as well. THIS APPLICATIONS HAVE TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO RUNNING LIPS. Step 5. You have finished installing Lips!
